Right click a folder you would like to share, click "Share Folder" then tick a few boxes. It will ask you to install packages, click yes and it will install them for you. [ubuntu-uk] Personal Filesharing problem in 10.04
If I do System-Preference-Personal File Sharing it tells me that I can't enable sharing over the network because "the required packages are not installed on your system".
