I found this file quite helpful when I raised a bug against USB Creator regarding a stick with sectors which weren't 512 bytes. When using this application it goes through the motions of installing but after a few minutes it tells me "segmentation fault"..I know the stick is ok as I can run both Fedora and Debian on it..
