Ahh I wasn't aware of this, I stand corrected.  Actually that is a

It sounds like it is worth giving a go.  It will not be for a couple
of weeks though as I have things to do (other than playing with the
joggler that is).  I will report when I have tried it.

In the FreeNX client you can specify a shadow session which joins the currently 
running X session. Not tried this with the joggler, but i use this for my 
desktop at work...

FreeNX is good, but it'll give you a separate X session rather than a 
session to the desktop running on the Joggler screen.

I use FreeNX to occasionally connect to remote servers as it compresses 
what it sends and gives much better performance than say VNC when using 
a slow link.

This is almost certain due to the fact that UNR has a compiz-style
(but not compiz) user interface which VNC has trouble with.
