Re: [ubuntu-uk] Northern Installfest
Hi Daniel / All Manchester will be hosting an Ubuntu 10.10 release party, which will most likely incorporate an installfest. I am currently organising an Ubuntu stand for Software Freedom Day at Madlab in Manchester (18/09/2010). If I can offer any assistance / advice then please do let me know. As an adoptive Londoner, no comment, but please be careful where you scatter those apostrophes! What induced you to put one on "fellows"? There's a very simple rule as to when to use apostrophes in making plurals in English. Never ever do it under any circumstances at all, with no exceptions whatsoever. :¬) -- Liam Proven • Info & profile: http://www.google.com/profiles/lproven Email: lpro...@cix.co.uk • GMail/GoogleTalk/Orkut: lpro...@gmail.com Tel: +44 20-8685-0498 • Cell: +44 7939-087884 • Fax: + 44 870-9151419 AIM/Yahoo/Skype: liamproven • MSN: lpro...@hotmail.com • ICQ: 73187508 -- ubuntu-uk@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-uk https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UKTeam/

I agree, perhaps somewhere such as Leeds, York, Newcastle perhaps? I'm not sure if I would be able to attend, it depends on my return date from the desert!
