Aloha,
Last year a group of us went and watched a rugby game in the pub, 6 nations,
England V Ireland :) Was a great day out and lots of beer and talk was had.
This time we thought it would be more fun if we went to a game. There is a
great deal
on http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/london/london-irish-rugby/2309594 and
I've chosen the game 26th February it's far enough in advance to get the
weekend off, get there and make arrangements if folks want to join and meet
up for some drinks, post match analysis and Ubuntu talk if you're
interested. Tickets don't come any cheaper than that really.
I'm afraid I'll take a raincheck on this one. I have a lifelong hatred
of rugby (and all other ball-games) since I was compelled to do such
things at school!
[*Shudders at the distant memory*] Nastiest things that ever happened
to me at school were pretty much all related to sports. Scarred me
psychologically for life. Teaches you teamwork, indeed. Feh.
