I pretty much got the OK already. It's just a matter of going through the motions. Also to note Launchpad Active users is not a very solid metric because it lists anyone on a team (on any LP team) that has logged into their LP account recently as active. I used the metrics that the council requested. I would consider maybe before the meeting tomorrow doing a hand count of people and asking them whether they consider themselves an active member of the LoCo and whether they have contributed to the LoCo in some way in the last 12 months or plan to in the next 12 months to get a better sense. I agree that would be a good supplement. However, I have noticed we have trouble getting all of us together :) So if anyone wants to reply to this message with an aye that might be nice! I know that I don't need this from Benjamin, Scarlett, James, Cody, Patrick O, Patrick N, Paddy, to name a few off the top of my head. -- Jorge Hernandez-M. This very minor, but there is a double comma near the end of the list of known active members. I don't know if the council even cares about typos. :) What I need from all of you is to come to the meeting and support us!!! Especially folks that have been around a while, I think it would be really helpful to have you. To be clear at Tuesday, 18 November 2014 20:00 UTC (1200 Pacific/UTC-8), join #ubuntu-meeting on Freenode IRC. If you need any help with this, let me know. You can do this on your phone or tablet, too, FYI. I suggest Atomic on Android. I should be able to attend. I finally got around to reading the code of conduct and joining (pending approval) the team on launchpad. Next step: website! Who wants to build it? I *loathe* HTML. It makes me break out in hives. I'd be glad to help with web programming, if I can get some input on content (text, images, etc.). However, I'm somewhat of a beginner, so if anyone more experienced offers to help, they may be more benefit to the team. :) -- Using Opera's mail client: http://www.opera.com/mail/ -- Ubuntu-us-or mailing list Ubuntu-us-or@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-us-or

I think we should start putting a blueprint together. We can brainstorm ideas and put up design sketches. I know we have several web-savvy folks on the team and a couple that are great with design.
