2014-03-25 Thread Lévai Marcell
Hi,

The same bug affects me too. I have a Dell n5110 laptop with an i7 CPU
(Intel HD graphics 3000) and Nvidia GeFroce 525m. Whenever I enable the
nvidia-331 driver in setting and reboot, my system hangs at the gnome
loading screen. If there's anything I can do to help, please tell me.

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1295689] Re: Mouse randomly moves and clicks stuff

2014-03-25 Thread Elijah Lynn
** Description changed:

More and more in the past month or so I have been experiencing what
appears to be a random takeover of my computer. The mouse just starts
randomly moving around the screen in a spastic kind of way and then
  starts clicking stuff.

This is on a Thinkpad W510 Touchscreen and happens when no external
input devices are connected and also with external wired input devices
  as well.

Not sure how to even start debugging this. I have a fair amount of
command line experience and can help with a significant amount of the
debugging if I can get a little bit of guidance.

Unfortunately, I do not know how to consistantly reproduce this.

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 408903] Re: Does not handle microphone mute button (KEY_MICMUTE)

2014-03-25 Thread Marius Gedminas
Trusty has gnome-settings-daemon 3.8.6. Support for XF86AudioMicMute was added
in gnome-settings-daemon 3.9.2:
https://github.com/GNOME/gnome-settings-daemon/commit/3a8beaaf380a483ce33363031d8d276c371d7af1

I believe gnome-settings-daemon (and unity-settings-daemon) need to
backport that patch for XF86AudioMicMute support.

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1251259] Re: Xorg crashed with SIGABRT

2014-03-25 Thread Alberto Salvia Novella
At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

:)
