Latest information: 14.04 didn't fix the issue either, but I just upgraded to 15.04, and now it's back to the correct 12.04 behavior. Sadly I didn't check 12.10. Public bug reported: I have had few issues with 15.04 since installing and have just now installed Dropbox. When I login and the first thing I do is click the icon and press on the label Open Dropbox Folder it opens the files and then when I move it across the screen it causes the movement to stay on the screen like it is lagging. This has only happened since I installed Dropbox and if I open files first then open the Dropbox folder it does not happen.
