[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1625595] Re: Libre Office Icons unreadability on YY with Intel Drivers
Marco Parillo, thanks for that. Looks like yet another distinct issue with apport?! It wouldn't hurt to try a earlier supported version of Ubuntu (not Kubuntu) via http://releases.ubuntu.com/ to see if we can get something out of it. Just make sure you have the xdiagnose package installed, and click yes for additional information. ** Package changed: libreoffice (Ubuntu) => xorg (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1625595 Title: Libre Office Icons unreadability on YY with Intel Drivers To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1625595/+subscriptions ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp

Leo Lee, testing this in VirtualBox wasn't what was requested, and isn't terribly relevant here given it is correlated to the hardware used. [Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1590590] Re: Touchpad not recognized on Dell Latitude E7470 Ultrabook
I tried the patch in http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux- input/msg44764.html but I still only see ImPS/2 Generic Wheel Mouse and no touchpad settings. (applied on kernel 4.4.23, not sure which version the patch was generated against, but it compiled without problems so I assume it went ok).
