Public bug reported: e7440 Latitude / Dell Dock Description:Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS Release:16.04 xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.99.917+git20160325-1ubuntu1.2 The docking station maps DP1 port of the laptop to two outputs at the back panel mirroring the picture. Earlier (in 14.04) it used to be two separate outputs DP2 and DP3, which could not work at the same time with eDP(laptop screen) or DP1(laptop's port). The problem is very similar to described here: https://01.org/linuxgraphics/forum/graphics-power-users/e7440-latitude/dell-dock-dual-monitors-ubuntu-14.04-fixed ** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: 16.04 dell dock monitors xserver -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1686333 Title: e7440 Latitude / Dell Dock Fails to detect extra Display ports To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1686333/+subscriptions ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
