[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1511106] [NEW] window contents scroll up when mouse wheel rapidly scrolled down

Public bug reported:

After upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10, if I slowly scroll down with the
mouse wheel, the content scrolls down correctly. If I rapidly scroll
down, the window's content scrolls up a few lines in a "rebound" after
the scrolling down is completed. It's enough so that if I start with the
content scrolled all the way up, the usual view when you open a new web
page or document, if I rapidly scroll down with the mouse wheel, the
content scrolls down but then jumps all the way back up.

I could reproduce this in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and
LibreOffice Writer.

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1314743] [NEW] Screensaver activates and asks for password even though I have disabled it

Public bug reported:

In System Settings  Security  Privacy  Security, Returning from
blank screen (under Require my password when) is unchecked. Also, in
System Settings  Brightness  Lock, Lock is set to OFF, and Turn
off screen when inactive for is set to Never.

Despite this, the screensaver turns on when I leave the computer, and I
am prompted to re-enter my password to get back in.
