It seems like it now works. I updated today, as well as install linux- cloud-tools-common and dependencies. The bug is still present in both Xubuntu 15.04 and Ubuntu 15.10. In Xubuntu 15.04, the bug goes away if I log out then log back in. Both live and installed do not work. This problem is not fixed in Xubuntu 15.04. With a fresh install on an X201 tablet, the system does not see the tablet.
