I took nvidia-current_304.37-0ubuntu1~xedgers~precise2_amd64.deb from
http://ppa.launchpad.net/xorg-edgers/ppa/ubuntu as say by danrgmc. It's
work fine after 6 hours without logoff.

I tried the downgrade with 290.10.  I don't  have now  any problems.
