Interestingly, gnome-screenshot doesn't see the display that doesn't refresh properly. Whereas before the screenshot would be super-wide and cover both displays, now it's regular 4:3 and covers only the display that refreshes properly. Maybe that somehow is helpful to those that know the code? I'm not sure how I would disable EXA. Started happening for me after upgrading to Natty and disabling Unity.
