Also tried with 310 and 313 Nvidia-Drivers... Problem still remains. I got the same Problem, CCSM doesnt remember the 60hz and i also have to turn off Sync to VBlank in Nvidia-Settings to get no stutter when running glxgears and compiz at the same time.
