Thank you for your response.
Step 1 does not seem to work, I have used different GUI utility to create this 
bug report. 
Step 2 - I have 1 error report: 
https://errors.ubuntu.com/oops/8bda5df0-e7df-11eb-9565-fa163e102db1, but i 
cannot access it.

thing is happening to me. It took me hours just to find this bug
