Sorry for my bad English. Here is the explanation with picture and
video. If I put my finger on touchpad like this and then move it left
and right the arrow jumps like you can see on video. But this happens
just at area near the vertical scroll bar.

I don't know against what package I need to report this bug. Workaround is to 
press Ctrl-Alt-F7. After pressing these keys, I can see Desktop. Everything
