After a screenlock the appears a second, fixed or frozen, non-moveable
mousecursor that vanishes after reboot.

I have no fractional scaling active (as this seems to force the problem
for others)

It is not reproduceable - but it happended now 4-5 times during writing a mail 
in thunderbird und pushin twice ENTER for getting new lines.
During this double ENTER pushing it locks out from time to time.
