[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1001703] Re: PS/2 keyboard doesn't get detected after installed 12.04 from USB.
I have a USB mouse connected, not a PS/2. The problem reported above is about PS/2 keyboard not working, not mouse. Did you want the data for the mouse detection? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-evdev in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1001703 Title: PS/2 keyboard doesn't get detected after installed 12.04 from USB. [Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 995570] Re: Wired PS/2 keyboard/mouse on Foxconn D270S Motherboard not responding in 12.04 Live CD or after install. Same hardware works flawlessly with 10.04
Upgraded to 12.04 from 10.04, using USB thumbdrive. Tried re-installing twice, same result. My PS/2 keyboard doesn't get detected. It works well with 10.04. Btw, My system has two drives and ubuntu is installed on the second drive, in multi boot mode. Running the self test, will post the results. Have connected an external USB keyboard while running the tests.
