Seeing the video again and based on recent issues I faced I believe this could be watermark related... Thanks for all this info. Could you please boot it with drm.debug=0xe and post dmesg output again? Also could you please the correct xrandr output. Created attachment 54488 drm/i915: Fix TV Out refresh rate. TV Out refresh rate was half of the specification for almost all modes. The flickering appears always for any pclk 20, independent of screen resolution or refresh rate. I could reproduce with 2 different boards: 945GME and 82945G/GZ.
