my ubuntu lucid is on a 2.6.34-lucid kernel of the ppa ubuntu kernel and vidéo is OK when i test the maverick kernel (2.6.34-2) the bug is present. Alway with intel drivers of lucid. There is also a lot of refactoring going on, which probably accounts for most of the size of the patch, and unfortunately also makes it tough to review in detail. But...
