It does not happen if you just add a second keyboard layout. My default layout is de and I just add en to the system settings. Public bug reported: If I try to drag an Icon in Nautilus somtimes the drop fails. I can see the mouse arrow and the grab hand at the same time. I can then move the mouse, but I can't klick. I have to kill Nautilus. This can also happen, if I start a drag in Totem. Ok, some additional informations. In Unity 3D I can't tap the titlebar and drag the window. In Unity 2D I can drag the window and Drag and Drop in Nautilus works as expected.
