Same here. PS/2 keyboard stops working randomly. After rebooting, the keyboard is functional again for sometime but it eventually quits working. This has started upon upgrading to 12.04. Currently I am on: 3.2.0-25-generic #40-Ubuntu SMP Wed May 23 20:30:51 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
