[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1865410] Re: Xorg freeze

2020-03-01 Thread wolfy1339
I had to force-shutdown my machine, and I booted an older kernel (which
is the one in the bug report), the proper kernel version in use at the
time of the bug was linux-image-5.4.0-14-generic
(5.4.0-14.17)

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1865410] [NEW] Xorg freeze

2020-03-01 Thread wolfy1339
Public bug reported:

My Nvidia GPU is set to on-demand mode, so it uses the integrated intel
iGPU for most of the every day tasks.

This hang seems to happen when watching media (1080p @ 11605 kbps in
H.264 in MKV container with EAC3 5.1 sound) and then switching to a
resource intensive tab, which loads up lot's of media (ex: Reddit)

[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1290597] [NEW] mouse doesn't respond well in 14.04

2014-03-10 Thread wolfy1339
Public bug reported:

I use Ubuntu 14.04 on my Surface Pro with a type cover.
I have asked in #ubuntu on irc.freenode.net and they told me to file the bug
here.
My mouse doesn't exactly do what i want when i want, if i move it one way it'll
stop and won't go any further or even go somewhere else than where it's wanted.
