Easy way to generate the error message if you've got gtkmm-3.0: compile and execute the code at https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtkmm- documentation/tree/examples/book/treeview/listviewtext. Just hoping someone cares here's another data point. The -w (preview) option comes up with a different CRITICAL. Both requests seem to operate OK.
