Public bug reported:

Standard external usb mouse, after the system has been up for a variable time,
sometimes a few hours sometimes 2 days the mouse does not properly move around
the screen and it also does not properly respond to right and left click, it
will take many attempts before the button presses are recognised.
A reboot does fix it, but it should not need rebooting so often.

xorg was used because it seems to be the xorg mouse drivers that are in
use.
