Your gnome-shell crash on May 3 looks like it might be caused by an extension: meta_compositor_get_laters () from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmutter-10.so.0 ?? () from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmutter-10.so.0 g_object_unref () from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgobject-2.0.so.0 ?? () from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgjs.so.0 ?? Hi Daniel, I found out that since I don´t use wps office the bug has not manifested so I think it was the root cause. I removed it and use Free Office now. Hi Daniel, attached the settings file. There was 2 extensions: ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions$ ls desaturate_all gnomebedt...@ionutbortis.gmail.com I removed them, we will see if issue comes back. This morning I got 3 or 4 freezes lasting 30 secs then stopping: they froze the machine completely and nothing shown in system monitor, nor in htop as both got frozen too.
