OK, after upgrading the ati driver seems to work well with the card (which definitely was not the case the days before I've opened the bug, because the ati driver is where I started to solve problems. However, the ati driver does not seem to support the HDMI audio. An HDMI audio device appears, but does not work. xorg.conf: I've tried different drivers, such as radeonhd and fglrx. As I said in comment 2, the default driver which we support for this card is the ati driver.
