Since the hardware is no longer available for doing troubleshooting with, we'll have to close the bug for now. Sure, my current computer stopped working and I'll get a new one in one week or so. The current computer will be replaced by a new graphic card and MOBO. I've posted a new version of the -nvidia driver to our xorg-edgers PPA, would you mind testing it either on Jaunty or Karmic and see if it resolves this bug? Hi, sorry for delay i was on vacation. I couldn't reproduce the problem by openoffice alone but with combination openoffice, firefox + coolpreview plugin.
