@dzidzitop: I'm happy to report it upstream but before I do that, I would like to make sure I fully understand the issue and it looks to me like there are 2 distinct sets of problems: for Latin keymaps on the one hand and for Cyrillic keymaps on the other. Bruno, you are correct.
