Jullian Gafar, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications-Accessories-Terminal), as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report: apport-collect -p xorg-server REPLACE-WITH-BUG-NUMBER Thank you for your understanding. I'm now using mainline kernel 32bit. I've previously used the standard 32bit but also have this issue. Correction, this also happens outside compiz (no Desktop Effects) just now. Hi, I just noticed that this is a duplicate of bug # 568637. I've turned off Desktop Effects and Firefox is now stable. Is this still a xorg bug or a compiz bug? I also note that both of the bugs are affecting Intel cards. I'm really wishing a fix for this, as both compiz and firefox is a must have for me. Bryce: the apport-collect didn't work.
