My kids have a Lenovo T43 left clicking does not work at all. Being somewhat historically challenged I recently reinstalled Natty from scratch. The left mouse button does not work at all for any mouse I try to throw at it. Seems like the frequency is lower but still happens on 11.04. After one week with Natty it only happened once.
