Confirmed still an issue. Derrick, what version of upower do you have running? Hi Aaron, This bug sounds a lot like a upowerd bug that was recently fixed. I found that the upowerd daemon was polling the monitors every 30 sec under some circumstances (such as when in a docking station). We changed that functionality to default to off. Can you confirm whether this issue is still affecting you?
