It looks like the nvidia driver had failed to install, which usually happens because it failed to build with dkms. Typically in these situations, a make.log file is produced somewhere like /var/lib/dkms/*/*/build/make.log. (ubuntu-bug looks for a file there and attaches it if it exists... so I gather no such file was present in this instance.) See if you can reinstall nvidia-graphics-drivers again and get it to produce the make.log file there.
