Same issues here. I have a HP probook 6550b. Two days ago I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04. During the first day, nothing was unstable. The problems seem to begin after I installed cairo-dock. I have disabled cairo-dock, and since my system seem to run again stable. I have also continuously had this problem since upgrading to 12.04. Has there been a fix yet?
