Bug description:
Since we have finished the design work of wallpapers for 18.04, It
needs to be updated to the ubuntukylin-wallpapers package
The changelog:
* Add 20 wallpapers and update default wallpaper
* Update the configure files for bionic
We have created a PPA to hold it and test it:
