[Ubuntustudio-bugs] [Bug 1196584] Re: Please update package fonts-liberation to version 2.00.1

2016-11-08 Thread Jeremy Bicha
This was fixed by packaging version 2 as fonts-liberation2 in Ubuntu
17.04 Alpha.

This is because the changes in version 2 are controversial and some
people prefer the older version.

** Package changed: fonts-liberation (Ubuntu) => fonts-liberation2
(Ubuntu)

** Changed in: fonts-liberation2 (Ubuntu)
   Status: Triaged => Fix Released

** Package changed: fonts-liberation (Debian) => fonts-liberation2
(Debian)

Status in fonts-liberation2 package in Debian:

Bug description:
  Hello font people,
  the newer version is finally under the SIL Open Font License and has much
expanded script coverage. Please consider updating the package. The only
regression is that Liberation Sans Narrow can't be included for license
reasons, so that would have to be extracted from 1.07.

  Nikolaus

[Ubuntustudio-bugs] [Bug 1567827] Re: on ubuntu 16.04, phatch freezes at startup

2016-11-08 Thread Christian González
Installing phatch and phatch-cli from 16.10 (0.2.7.1-4) on 16.04 works
perfectly here. Backporting shouldn't be a problem.

[Ubuntustudio-bugs] [Bug 1634767] Re: Shotwell 0.22.0 Ubuntu 16.10 trash process not working as expected

2016-11-08 Thread SirPecanGum
Can I delete this bug as clearly the problem is not with Shotwell but
something else in Ubuntu 16.10 as any file deleted on an external drive
does not appear in the system recycle bin. Perhaps I am doing something
wrong? Perhaps I am the only person deleting files from an external
drive? Perhaps I am the only person left using Ubuntu?

  Shotwell 0.22.0 Ubuntu 16.10 trash process not working as expected

Status in shotwell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Using "Delete" or "Empty Rubbish Bin" with the "remove and trash" option in
Shotwell 0.22.0 rubbish bin, files do not appear in system rubbish bin as
expected in Ubuntu 16.10. However, the aforementioned files do appear in the
system rubbish bin when viewed in Ubuntu 14.04 so Shotwell 0.22.0 in Ubuntu
16.10 seems to have performed correctly.
