  [Impact]
  xf86-input-wacom version 1:0.36.1-0ubuntu1 shipped
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/70-wacom.conf has this:

  Section "InputClass"
  Identifier "Wacom touchscreen class"
  MatchProduct "Wacom|WACOM|PTK-540WL|ISD-V4"
  MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
  MatchIsTouchscreen "true"

  the touchscreen act incorrectly.

  wacom/+bug/1774242 (comment #14)

  [Test Case]
  1) Enable the bionic-proposed repository, and install the xf86-input-wacom
package

  2) Restart and see if the Wacom touchscreen works correctly. Also
check /var/log/Xorg.0.log to see if Wacom touchscreen using libinput
  driver instead wacom driver.

  [Regression Potential]
Low, the package xf86-input-wacom - 1:0.36.1-0ubuntu2 is already in Eoan
and Disco.

Title:
Subdivision Surface Modifier has no effect

Status in blender package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in blender package in Debian:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Blender 2.8 eoan-universe package in Kubuntu 19.10 the command UI works but
fails to do anything.
The Blender Snap works as expected.

  Steps:
  1) Start Blender
  2) Select the default cube
  3) Select the 'Modifiers tab' (blue wrench icon)
  4) Select 'Add'
  5) Select 'Subdivision Surface' from the list
  6) See the Modifier is added in the panel. (OK)
  7) See the Cube changes and becomes more rounded. = Not OK in eoan-universe
version.

It's possible the OpenSubdiv library is not present on this package I'm told.

This is a showstopper for subdivision surface users.
It appears that the other Blender tools work OK.
