Author: Adam Suber Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message: I am using Sun 5.6., 'make' 3.78 and Oracle 8. I compiled with the Oracle 8 option and running configure confirmed this. When I went to run make and make install they performed without error. However, when I went to run indexer I received the following error: ld.so.1: indexer: fatal: libclntsh.so.1.0: open failed: No such file or directory Killed Is there a any reason why this is so? I should note that libclntsh.so.1.0 is in my Oracle home directory. Thanks!
