For some time, Mr Stephen Kamuhanda was the Principal of Ntare HS, but now he is not on the list.
Was he promoted to some other job or he left public service?
In the last 30 years, Mr and Mrs Kamuhanda have educated a great number of Africans, from both Uganda and Southern Africa.
They have invested a good part of their lives in the youth. And at times, in very difficult circumstances. If anything they diserve a pat on the back.
