I don't think AS22822/Limelight or AS54113/Fastly has a Marty or Martin. Maybe 
it's not a requirement for peering CDNs? AS1280/ISC use to have a Jim Martin; 
but they do DNS.

Anyway, to be clear, besides the invitation (graciously allowed by the
