You may also want to try asking this question on the "mailop" list.

[uknof] Technical contact at BT?

2019-12-03 Thread Robert Fitzgerald
Hi all, I'm new around here. I work for a small FTTP ISP Box Broadband.

I'm looking to speak with a technical contact at BT regarding an IP range of
ours being blocked on their mail servers. I have tried their 1st line support
but they would only direct me to Premium Mail who weren't helpful as I'm not a
customer. Our subscriber with the BT account was told to speak to us, so here
we are but I'm unsure how to reach the relevant team within BT to get our
subnet whitelisted. Can anyone shed any light?

The reason for the block we believe is because the subnet was previously used
in the NY/USA region, we've updated everything I can think of to update to
London/UK but I believe the BT systems are likely still thinking it's in the US
and therefor blocking access.

Kind regards
