[UC] thecityhowl and trash tickets

This new Daily News forum for rating city services and government has not been 
widely promoted so far.  It's unclear if a plan exists for delivery of this 
citizen feedback to the city departments, mayor, city council, etc., with a 
plan to request responses.

I posted a brief description about the bogus trash tickets arriving by mail 
after 5 months.  I noticed someone posted a comment about tickets written at 8 
AM and delivered at 10:30. (But the brief comment didn't describe the 
incident.) 

This new wrinkle on the trash ticket harassment that Al and Melani described

Despite Brother BHo's admonitions, rich people spend their money and  
practice their politics as they see fit.
 
Fortunately, there will be no successful American Counter-Revolution,  
because in the end everybody takes their money and runs, and then they die.

Who said they were rich?  Are you suggesting that descendants of the
Pillsbury, Mars, Kellogg, Ford, Rockefeller, Rothschild and other prominent
families of America¹s ruling class frequent The White Dog since Judy Wicks
sold it?

If not those you jokingly mentioned are not rich and/not accepted by
America¹s ruling class.  They just feel superior to the rest of us because
they think they can possibly belong to that class if they have enough money.
They will NEVER, NEVER belong.  The ruling class will never consider them
worthy.

If not, at least they can cherish the fact that they aren¹t...

Che is dead has nothing to do with it.  If you are not one of them, you are
one of the rest of us.
