Craig, it's always a pleasure to hear from you even when I have no idea what you are talking about.

(Sam and I love Boston after a blizzard.  The Public Garden looks like a crystal palace this afternoon.)

When we get back to the district, Melani wants to take me out to dinner.  If you promise to behave, I'll ask her if you can come along as my guest.

I also want you to be educated over dinner about the harm of inciting district homeowners against renters with decades of misinformation.  There is a great deal of confusion about civility, honesty, and abuse of power lately.  When you and Mel need my help, I'll be there!

May the Gods and Goddesses bless our public list,

Glenn, left of center

I stopped responding to your posts because it was a Christmas wish and a New Years resolution. I didn't respond to your Gold Standard post because you said you were going to Boston and I dreamed you would turn into a testicle errr icicle (have to be careful with auto-correct) and one day melt away.

Regrettably, multiple USA based mediocre plutarchies have failed to effectively deal with you, leading me to believe your reports of Government-by-Boogeyman contain no actionable intelligence, or for that matter -intelligence. And, why you would reference the Lie Sheet for the Obomination for anything but a hard science, report is quite frightening.

God save the list.

[UC] end of 4th amendment imminent, NYT

2011-01-13 Thread Glenn moyer
The 4th amendment of the US constitution is currently before the Citizen's
United court (aka the Supreme Court). After the police are given unlimited
power to frame anyone without a warrant, the police state will be complete.
Here is a report in the New York Times.

Here in Mass. before the Revolution, the king's men oppressed people in their
homes claiming to look for contraband.
