Kimm, Welcome to the plutocracy.  Every issue that people believe is a local reaction to crisis, is being orchestrated by a multi-national agenda.  Often this agenda looks like it is coming from local "Friends groups."  This is what happens when secrecy and censorship are normalized.  People don't realize how completely Philadelphia is actually controlled from elsewhere, and how mass bullshit manipulates local groups into buying into the conspiracy.  Let's try to give support to any neighbors, who only now realize how a plutocracy functions as the police state tightens.  I went through the sadness a long time ago!
