Folks,

This dog is currently circling Clark Park.  ***Besides a harness and a coat he 
is also wearing a muzzle (so can’t eat or bite).  Someone tried to approach him 
but he moved to quickly.  If you see this pooch please report location and time 
to ACCT (Animal Control) ASAP: 267-385-3800.

He did not have a coat or a muzzle on when i saw him yesterday? Was he found by 
his owners, they put coat/muzzle on him and he got away again?
