Not sure if this is part of a new trend but wanted to let you know that over the weekend, a few central air units were stolen off our block. I am not sure of the best way to secure these units but I can tell you the ones that were stolen were visible from the street (about 1/2 back in the alleyway) and there was no barrier (fence, etc) to prevent them from being moved from where they were installed.
