I have to say the retail facade of the Radian is very impressive. The  
space closest to 40th St. is crying out to be an Apple store. It  
already looks like one.

ironic that a cvs will be there again -- wasn't the removal 
of the cvs there the occasion for installing a cvs at the 
(now reduced by half) foodcourt at 3401 walnut?
