The neighbors of 5000 Catharine St have organized an Eyes & Ears Town Watch Training. There is NO PATROLING involved with this program. It will train neighbors how to be the Eyes & Ears on their streets to keep them safe. There will also be a representative of the West Philadelphia Neighbors Alliance there to discuss a Coordinated Block Watch - a local effort to educate blocks about reducing crime and enhancing safety through communication and proactive behavior. Details: Eyes & Ears Neighborhood Town Watch Training with a discussion on Coordinate Block Watch efforts.
