Does anyone know of a Philly gym that has swing rings that customers can use?
I have a condition for which I think that the stretching that I used to get when I was a kid and liked to dangle from rings attached to the ceiling and swing from ring to ring in the high school gym might be helpful. But, I don't know if gyms that cater to adults have such rings these days I cannot recall seeing them anywhere in recent years. I checked today; Penn's Pottruck center lacks them. They seemed to think it was funny that I asked about them. If anyone has any leads, please share them! Thanks, Ann
